The staff was attentive and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. the beds were very comfortable and the room had a flat-screen TV with cable, climate control, and a personal safe. the hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from a stunning neo-gothic tower. Great shopping area nearby too.

Excellent staff - particularly reception, cleanliness, comfort and very central and convenient location.
It would be useful to have a kettle in the room - but that may not be customary in Belgian small hotels?

This was a lovely stay for a night. Booked deluxe queen room, that was provided with wonderful view and the shower which had non existent pressure and comfortable beds. Appreciated the cozy decor of the room. The stuff members where all very courteous and incredibly nice. The location was magnificent, not too far from a popular central plaza.

Excellent quiet location. Friendly, helpful staff. Small, comfy hotel within walking distance of everything. 10 mins walk from station and main square.

Good location and rather fair price for a summer season.
Despite comparatively low prise, the level of comfort and services are not satisfying. There was no light in a shower and toilet rooms. Tv was also not functional. Managers refused to make a discount sins "the big boss was out". Also the walls are so thin, you can hear every step on a stairs in an hall. Having a good potential the house was cheaply and badly re-build for the hotel purposes.

It is situated in the center of the city, close to all the cathedrals etc Центральное расположение отеля!
Our room had windows that were not possible to lock properly, thus it was cold in the room, we could hear every person and car passing in the street. Окна в комнате было невозможно закрыть полностью из-за щелей и разбитой части окно. Было слышно каждого проходящего человека и каждую проезжающую машину.
